What is communication really about? I guess we all understand it's about talking and listening. So simple and yet how often does it end up going horribly wrong? Something you say gets misinterpreted, or relayed to a third party, in a completely different context to the way you believe you said it. This course is designed to help you understand how and why you communicate to your children the way you do. It is designed for those of you that enjoy learning with the use of practical exercises. It also has audio files within it for you to listen to as well, where Ali explains and reiterates the key points and gives you lots of examples, from her own, and other parents experiences.
